On 23 November at 12.00 p.m a contest in waste paper collection was decided. The contest was held within a framework of the project "Clean Action" which was organised by the City Council of Krakow. Our school was awarded a distinction and camera lenses as a prize. They will make a perfect and useful match for a camera which we won in the previous edition of the contest.
Conducted by the School Volunteers the waste paper collection lasted two weeks. We managed to gather 1980 kg of various papers, pasteboard, old books or notebooks.
We would like to express out thanks to everyone who joined the action. We appreciate your environmental awareness and deep concern.
