Distinction in the art contest ‘I will draw a small treat for a sick person’

“I will draw a small treat for a sick person” – it was the art contest held as a part of the XXI Spring Campaign  Fields of Hope for the Hospice of St Lazarus. This project was aimed at the Year 0-3 primary school students. During the Award Ceremony at the Cultural Centre in Nowa Huta Pola Okoń from class 3a received the distinction award.

Moreover, our students joined “Daffodil cushion for a sick person” campaign. The members of School Art Club made cushions with a true hope that the hospice patients could cuddle in when they feel sad or when they simply want to rest. As the organisers emphasize,  this action was to help to create a substitute of homely atmosphere for charges of the hospice.

From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank for taking part in the contest and joining the action!
