On 10th April 2018 in St Hedwig church in Krakow – ten secondary school students received the sacrament of Confirmation. The ceremony was administered by the bishop Jan Zając. During the Holy Mass the hierarch emphasized that Confirmation is this moment when a young person agrees to God’s presence in their life and begins to take care of their faith and its development.The candidates have prepared to the sacrament of Confirmation for three years by taking part in group meetings, confession, participation in Sunday Mass and in services. It should also be highlighted that our school, as one of few in Krakow, organizes preparation for Confirmation. Meetings in groups are included into students timetable. Such a solution gives them more time, which can be used to develop hobbies and interests.
