On November 16-17, the OPEN EYES ECONOMY SUMMIT was held at the ICE Convention Center. It is an event that brings together scholars, students, and economists from around the world who take a broad view of the economy – inspiring them to act and come up with alternative ways of understanding the value-based economy. Several thousand people attended this year’s congress in both in-person and online formats.
Among the volunteers who took care of the smooth running of the event were our high school students: Kacper Bryl, Ignacy Pogoda, Mikołaj Pępek, Jakub Knapp. Students were able to make new friends, meet people from the world of science and culture, see “behind the scenes” of the organization of events on such a large scale and polish their linguistic skills. Some of their work was captured on photos.
